Welcome to the team's app
The Safer Church is the app our safety team uses to see who is serving, cover shifts, share updates, and stay ready — together. It runs in your phone's web browser, so there is nothing to install from an app store.
Getting started
- Watch for your invitation. You'll get an email with the subject “You're invited to The Safer Church,” and, if the team has your cell number, a text with the same sign-up link. It really is us — your lead announces it before it goes out.
- Tap “Create Your Account.” Fill in your name and cell number, then choose a password of at least 10 characters. A short phrase you'll remember works well.
- Enter the 6-digit code we text you. This confirms it's really your phone. No code? Tap “Resend code” — or “Call me instead” and an automated call reads it to you.
- You're in. Bookmark the page or add it to your home screen so it's one tap away on Sunday. Your tech deputy can help with that.
